Hi, Welcome!

I’m a California board licensed therapist, and I love that I get to connect with thoughtful, curious and gifted people everyday.

I care deeply about my clients and help them not only overcome long standing obstacles and turn goals into realities, but also find a sense of peace and stability within. I help them learn to befriend all parts of themselves, become more present and lead richer, fuller, and more authentic lives.

I’ve been around the block a few times. I first tried therapy at age 10 and still believe the relationship with a compassionate, emotionally sturdy therapist can be one of the most profound and impactful experiences one can have. (I wouldn’t be doing this work, otherwise.)

It’s almost impossible to shock me—though I am happy for you to try. I listen more than I speak, and I can hold a very large, empathic space for exploration.

I don’t pretend to have all the answers (because let’s face it, who does?), but I am committed to delivering 100% of what I’m living and learning and to keeping it real and honest along the way.

So, if you’re looking for someone to talk to,

If you’re looking for someone who understands,

If you’re looking for someone to help you get through it…

I’m Sadaf.

Integrity is a core value in my practice, guiding every aspect of our work together. You can trust that I will always prioritize your well-being, be honest with you, and uphold the highest ethical and professional standards.

Collaboration

I encourage a joint process of discovery, where we engage together in the examination of thoughts, feelings, and experiences. This approach fosters mutual understanding and helps support lasting, meaningful change.
