How to Get Started
-
Introductory Call
Therapy is a partnership built on trust. It’s essential that you feel comfortable and supported, so that meaningful progress can occur.
That’s why I offer a complimentary introductory call. This is an opportunity for us to connect, address any questions you may have, and determine whether we’re a good fit to work together.
Ring or send a note to schedule.
-
Weekly Sessions
Each week, we’ll dedicate time to gaining a deeper understanding of who you are, what’s happening in your life, and the patterns that may be holding you back.
Together, we’ll explore your emotions, recurring themes, unconscious processes, past experiences, and current interpersonal dynamics.
And we’ll do this at a pace that feels right to you.
-
The Process
The insights you gain in our sessions will organically influence how you relate to yourself and others.
Through deep reflection, thoughtful analysis, and growing self-compassion, you’ll let go of ways that no longer serve you and uncover a freer, more grounded, more authentic self.

What YOu’ll Gain
a greater sense of emotional freedom, flexibility and equanimity as you come to know yourself more
FAQs
What populations do you work with?
I work with adults and couples (18+) and adolescents (13+). I especially welcome individuals who have been excluded and overlooked by mainstream systems: BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, the differently abled and senior citizens.
How long and how many times a week is a typical session?
Sessions are 50 minutes in length and are typically held 1-3 times per week, depending on your unique needs and circumstances.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING MY FIRST SESSION?
Our first session will be an intake and assessment, during which I will gather detailed information about your personal background, current concerns, and treatment goals. If we determine that I am not the right therapist for you, I can provide referrals to colleagues or treatment centers upon request. My priority is to support you in finding the right treatment.
what is the cost per session?
The fee for individual therapy is $220 per session.
The fee for clinical consultation is $175 per session.
Reduced-fee services (sliding scale) may be available to those in need, including students, single parents, clients who are victims of crime, and individuals working in social justice-related fields. I offer pro bono services for refugees and asylum seekers.
do you accept insurance?
I am not in-network with any insurance companies. However, I am happy to provide an itemized receipt, called a “Superbill,” which you can submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement. Reimbursement for out-of-network providers depends on your benefits and coverage.
Where is Your Office Located?
My office is located on the Westside, at the border of Culver City and Playa Vista. The address and directions will be provided upon booking. Additionally, I offer telehealth appointments for individuals outside the immediate area, ensuring that you can access services regardless of your location.
